Will the finished sign look like the mock-up?
You approve the size, proportions, finish, lighting colour, mounting method and cable position before production. Any manufacturing limitations are discussed before fabrication begins.
Will the halo lighting be even?
Evenness depends on letter size, LED layout, letter depth, stand-off distance and the wall surface. We plan these together and recommend changes when the design or wall may affect the result.
Is my wall suitable for halo-lit letters?
Send us a clear wall photo. We will assess the surface, colour, texture, access and likely wiring route before recommending an installation method.
Can I install the sign myself?
Some backing-panel signs are simpler to install. Individual letters normally require more accurate drilling and concealed wiring, so professional installation is recommended.
Will I need an electrician?
A qualified electrician may be required for fixed wiring, wall connections or projects using individually wired letters. Requirements depend on the final sign and installation site.
Can the sign be installed outdoors?
Outdoor construction is available. The final specification must consider weather exposure, sealing, drainage, cable entries and protection of the power supply or controller.
What happens if parts of my logo are too small?
We will identify fine strokes or small details during the design check and suggest a practical adjustment before production. We do not silently change approved artwork during fabrication.
How long will production and delivery take?

What is covered by the warranty?
Your custom backlit letter sign includes a 2-year warranty against covered manufacturing and lighting faults. Incorrect installation, electrical surges, unauthorised modification and damage caused by site conditions are not covered.
