Neon Party offer a total of 22 colours to choose from. 11 of these comes with white tube but colourful LED, so the colour shows when the sign is ON. The remaining11 colours show their shades even when the sign is OFF as it comes with a tinted cover on the tube.

We can also offer a color change option for certain types of signs. Please request a specific quote for this.

Yes, Neon Party offer an extensive range of 36 fonts including script fonts, Basic (block) fonts and double lined fonts. We believe this is the widest range offered by any LED neon sign maker. And that's not all, We can work with almost any font you want as well. If your preferred font isn't listed on our custom neon sign maker (click the font tab) just contact us with your preferred font and we will make it happen for you!

Neon Party provide free design service to our customers and the Free design effect within 3 hour, just tell us about your idea or Provide us with draft drawings or text, If you have a change of mind and wish to amend or cancel your order before the sign goes into production we will happily offer a partial or full refund. once your custom signs order is approved and has gone into production we are no longer able to offer a refund. Please note that a custom sign is automatically approved if "YES" is selected when ordering.

Your personalized custon neon sign are design in Australia, United States or United Kingdom, and neon sign manufactured in China, Hong Kong or Australia. Where your sign will be made depends on the specifications of the LOGO, materials and production process conditions or special requirements.

Neon Party can work to a minimum letter height of around 10cm (4"), as the letters have comparatively more definition at this size. However, there is a possibility of making even smaller letters, but larger letters have a neater finish. Though, we offer a minimum sign size of 50cm in width, and usually work up to 250cm wide. Yes! Neon Party can produce waterproof versions for outdoors events and outdoor permanent installation and Neon waterproof rating can reach IP67, Please specify your application when you submit your custom order inquiry or choose it direct on our custom sign product page.

Of course, you can choose the style what you want, there has two styles to choose:
1. Neon lights design in a clear acrylic box like this:(This design style is not recommended because it is easy to crush the box during transportation)

2. Neon lights/lamps with an acrylic base to allow for stand-up signs just like this:

As Neon Party 's neon light signs are handmade there is a rare chance of small marks on the acrylic or glue marks at the attaching point of the PVC tube holding flexible LED to the acrylic. It's a rare thing to happen but if it does, the marks are very diminutive and when the sign is turned ON, they don't show at all.

We offer returns and refunds for faulty products only. In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will try our best to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolve for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product is decided on a case by case basis majorly depending on the source of the fault. Please note that we do not provide pre-paid shipping return labels. Orders must be sent back at customer's expense. We suggest you get a tracking number with your return also, as we are not liable for lost return packages.

Yes! Neon Party provide quality products and services, All Neon Party products include a 24 month warranty which covers electrical components when used appropriately. Resolution for faulty signs will be dependent on the source of the fault and will be determined between Neon Party and the purchaser. Warranty Coverage for Hard Wired and Installed Signs , Neon Party bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing or uninstalling your sign. If, in the unlikely event that your sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or hard wired, NeonParty takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or re-installing your sign. If your sign has been hardwired in by an electrician it is at our sole discretion to decide if the occurring fault is covered under our 24 month warranty.

Our indoor signs are suitable for use at outdoor parties and events, provided it is for a short period of time, the weather is fair and they do not get wet. Please note that our indoor signs are not watertight and should not be exposed to rain, extreme heat, or dust.If the indoor sign has been damaged outdoors, this damage will be excluded from being covered by the warranty.

Usually don't require professional installation and can be install by themselves. Neon Party's Custom neon signs have an average weight of 3-6kg and are pre-drilled on the acrylic back panel. All you need to do is fix the neon light on the wall or you can choose to suspend it from the chain as an optional accessory. However, permanently used neon signs and some large internal neon signs requires professional installation.To install a new neon light on the wall, you need to use one of our logo hanging or wall mounting kits. All of Neon Party signs comes with a 12V transformer and connect directly into a standard power socket (with plug for each shipping country).

Neon Party offer a total of 13ft from the neon sign to your power plug. The cord from the neon sign is 1.8 meters (6ft) long sheathed with a clear coating, along with 1.2 meters (4ft) of black or white cord from the power adaptor. You get another 1 meter (3ft) black or white cord from the adaptor to your plug.

Neon Party remote and dimmer offers a range of brightness settings, ON/OFF option, and party modes which makes the light sign flash, flicker and pulse. they also allow you to dim the brightness of your sign, which can help with exposure when taking photos in front of your LED neon sign or when using it as a feature for a photo shoot, when you custom standard neon and you choose the signle color, Neon Party offer a free dimmer to adjustable brightness:

Neon Party will be automatically emailed with your tracking number once our ship out your order. If you don't receive your tracking number within 12 business days, please reach out to info@neonparty.com.au

Orders usually take 2-3 weeks, including production and shipping. If you would like your neon sign quicker please add 'Add priority production' at checkout. This will push your order to the front of the production queue, for delivery to your address within 2 weeks.

Neon Party provide for free shipping on all orders over $299 in Australian, Rest of the world - shipping costs are added at checkout and are calculated according to your country and city. Standard orders take 2-3 weeks, including production and shipping. Rush orders take within 2 weeks, Please choose the 'Add priority production' option at checkout, and let us know the date by which you need your sign to arrive.

Because your neon light sign are handmade so there is production time on each order, 3 weeks is the maximum turnaround time and most customers receive their Custom Neon order within 2-3 weeks. Please note that Customs clearance may increase the delivery time for some countries. For Rush orders we aim to produce and deliver your order within 2-3 weeks. If we are unable to deliver your order within 3 weeks we are happy to refund the difference between the Standard and Rush order shipping cost.

Although this is a rare occurrence, But if it does happen, I hope we can work it out together, At first We recommend opening your neon light sign parcel upon delivery. Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery of your neon sign custom in Neon Party to be eligible for a replacement. Please provide a clear photo of the damage to the sign,a clear photo of the box, any damage to the outer box, and a clear photo of the shipping label on the box.
