The size of the sign determines how many battery packs or USB cords will be needed to power the sign efficiently.
If you would like your sign to be battery or USB powered, please let us know by writing that in your order notes at checkout.
What is an LED neon sign?
An LED neon sign is a lightweight, shatter-resistant neon light made from long flexible tubes that have been bent into various shapes and sizes.
Are LED neon signs safe?
Our LED neon signs are very safe. They produce little to no heat, making them cool to the touch. Additionally, we use LED neon flex tubing which are non-toxic, high quality and also have a high flame retardancy.
What is the voltage?
All of our products have a voltage of 12 Volts. This low voltage helps make it safe for our neon signs to be turned on for a businesses' daily operating hours.
What is the average lifespan of an LED neon sign?
Our LED neon signs come with a lifetime of approx. 30,000 hours.
Meaning if the:
Neon sign is operating for 10 hours per day - it will last approx. 10 years. This is around 3x longer than traditional gas neon signs
The average lifespan of a battery-powered and USB-powered sign is less.

1-2 business days after you order, we will email the mock-up of your neon sign. The mock-up includes the design, measurements and other important details.

Please reply with a confirmation email. The neon sign will then go into production only when we have received a confirmation email.
NOT SATISFIED WITH THE DESIGN:
Let us know in an email and we will revise the design and send you a free revised mock-up.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER ORDERING?
If you want to cancel the order after receiving the mock-up, we will refund the order. However, orders can not be cancelled once they have been approved for production.
How do I install my neon sign?
Our signs are very easy to install and can be done without the help of a professional.
We offer four different ways to display your neon sign, each with different accessories for installation.
These are:
1. Screw fixing (Most Popular)
2. Hanging with chain
3. Hanging with steel wire (+$10)
4. Free stand/ Stand Acrylic (+$60)
There is also the possibility to hang your sign with adhesive strips however this option is only available for small neon signs.

What installation accessories are best for me?
If you are looking to mount your neon sign on a wall, we recommend our screw fixing kit. This will allow you to attach your neon securely using the pre-drilled holes in the acrylic backing of your sign.
If you’d like to place your neon sign in a window, we suggest our hanging with chain or steel wire options. This will allow you to fix your sign from above, making it the perfect choice if you plan to display your sign in a shopfront.
If you plan to hang your neon sign up at a party, wedding, or event, we recommend either our hanging with chain or hanging with wire method. These options are great if you’re looking for something temporary or where wall mounting isn’t possible. They are designed to hang easily and work especially well on backdrops or mesh garlands.
If you are looking to use your neon sign as tabletop décor, we recommend our acrylic backboard option. This type of backing is versatile and sturdy, making it the perfect choice for signs that will be moved frequently. Best of all the base of the acrylic is detachable, giving you the option to mount or hang your sign on the wall should you wish to do so.
I live in a rental property. Can I hang up a neon sign in my home?
The law now allows renters in Australia to install picture hooks or screws for wall mounts, shelves or brackets in their homes, provided it's not a heritage listed property and does not penetrate exposed brick or concrete walls. Be sure to ask for the rental provider’s consent before installing your sign, just in case. Most landlords will consider hooks or screws a “minor alteration” and permission is usually granted.

To set up your neon sign, all you need to do is:
Connect the clear powercord/s to the dimmer box, through to the power adapter, and then plug that into a powerpoint and watch it light up!

1）Regarding Adapter Temperature
It is normal for the power adapter to become slightly warm during use. A surface temperature between 30°C to 50°C (86°F to 122°F) is generally considered safe.
However, if the adaptor feels very hot to the touch, emits any unusual smell, or shows signs of discoloration or instability, please stop using it and contact us for a replacement or further inspection.
2）Regarding the buzzing noise from the power adaptor:
A slight humming or buzzing sound from the adaptor can be normal, especially when it’s running with low or no load. This is caused by the internal components such as coils or transformers vibrating slightly.
However, if the noise is loud, irregular, or accompanied by overheating, flickering, or a burning smell, we recommend stopping use immediately and contacting us for a replacement or further assessment.

3）When the customer received the neon sign is not lighting up upon setup, one common cause could be incorrect connection of the plug to the controller. Unlike single-color neon signs, RGB signs have a 4-pins connector (four holes on one side, and four prongs on the other), which must be aligned and inserted correctly.
Please ensure the following:
The four metal pins from the controller are inserted into the matching four holes on the RGB connector.
Each pin must be aligned with the correct slot — they cannot be inserted randomly, as this will prevent the sign from functioning.
The connector should click or fit snugly when fully inserted.
Our indoor LED neon signs come with a 24-month warranty.
Our outdoor LED neon signs come with a 12-month warranty.
This covers faulty items when used appropriately. Incorrect use will void the warranty.
If you believe your sign is faulty, please send us an email at info@neonparty.com.au. Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes.
If we determine that the product is faulty and was not caused by improper use, we may request the sign be sent back to us for replacement or repair. We will provide a prepaid shipping return label and cover the cost of repackaging. Please reach out to us for more information on how to package your sign for return. You must keep the receipt for packaging costs so that they can be repaid by Neon Party.
Once we have finished repairing your sign, we will send it back to you at your chosen shipping address.
If we believe your sign is faulty due to incorrect use and you would like to have it fixed, you will be liable for all the costs incurred from that action, including shipping, repacking, and repairs or replacement.
