Custom-Made Products Policy

All Neon Party products are custom-made to customer specifications, including but not limited to custom designs, logos, dimensions, colours, materials, and installation requirements.

As production begins specifically for each individual order:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
• Requests for cancellation, project delays, event postponements, installation scheduling issues, or changes of mind do not automatically qualify for a refund.
• Products manufactured according to approved artwork and specifications remain payable in full.
• Neon Party is not responsible for losses arising from event cancellations, venue changes, installation delays, scheduling conflicts, business delays, or circumstances outside of our control after production has commenced.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Neon Party, the customer acknowledges and accepts these shipping, delivery, customs, and custom-order conditions.
